Complaint Procedure:
1. Step 6 of personnel management is the complaint procedure using the contact-us form.
2. With most industries it is now a legal obligation to provide customers, suppliers and business associates with a contact-us message facilities that may be used to raise a complaint.   Contact-us may be used for many purposes, but approved people will use the support request procedure.
3. Contact-us messages may appear to be anonymous, but in fact most Internet transactions can be traced to its origin.   Any complaint will be raised to an officer who will deal with the message in the most applicable way, including legal redress.
4. It is a legal obligation for any person to be able to make a request to the Data Protection Officer (DPO).   The DPO will respond to every request regarding data protection matters, but not to any other matter.

Contact-Us Procedure:
1. From the public menu bar, the "contact-us" button may be pressed.
2. A form is shown where the subject may be entered, a message may be authored and contact job title may be selected.   The person may identify themselves with an email address if they choose.   The date, time, IP address and device fingerprint will be recorded to identify malicious automated messaging.
3. Messages from people in a geo-location that is not supported shall be ignored.   Messages that contain language or content that may offend shall be ignored.
