Document Content Management: (DCM)
1. Standard lists and forms are used to provide Document Content Management services as data and functions.
2. Knowledge is stored and used to generate one-time web page documents upon request - no web page is ever retained and reused.
3. Web pages are generated as standard HTML-5 with optional cascade style sheets, JavaScript and images.
4. As an option, a HTML web page may be transformed into a PDF document that is downloaded like a web page - this carries a significant overhead and is not a standard.

Knowledge:
1. Knowledge is stored for use by the DCM in the form of business rules and template documents.
2. Business rules use a Fourth Generation Language declarative syntax that is managed with normal lists and forms like business data.
3. In the same way as all business data is encrypted and replicated, knowledge is also encrypted and replicated to prevent knowledge being stolen or lost.
