HRM Data:

2. All HR data is encrypted and never stored in a readable format.
3. HR data is fragmented into a large number of small data objects with pseudonymised tokens.   Security is improved by using a large number of small data objects where the content and purpose of each data object is unknowable.

Identity Access Management: ((IAM)
1. People are identified by a large number of different factors that together reduce the possibility of impersonation by a criminal.
2. Approved people are assigned a permanent pass-phrase that may continue to be used until it is forgotten or disclosed to another person.
3. Approved people may be assigned a one-time access-code with a life of 15 to 60 minutes so they can register.   When the one-time access-code is used, the approved person is shown their permanent pass-phrase that must be used for all subsequent authentication.   The permanent pass-phrase is generated when the approved person signs in with their one-time access-code and is never stored.   It is not possible to any other person to discover an appoved persons permanent pass-phrase because it is not stored.
4. An approved persons permanent pass-phrase is generated from a large amount of stable personal data so it does not need to be stored and cannot be hacked.   When an approved person changes their name, date of birth, gender, address, ethnicity, bank, job title or other data, then they may be given a one-time access-code to register their new information.
5. An approved person is registered to use one or more approved Internet Service Providers with one or more known IP addresses.   An approved person is registered to use one or more approved devices with known operating system and browser.   An approved person is registered to sign in between certain hours of the day on certain days of the week.
