0.1. Building Information Model: (BIM)
1. "123BIM" has a mission to provide architectural, engineering and construction companies, and people with the digital tools they need to comply with the International BS 1192 BIM standard for collarorative information management with all interested parties.
2. Building information may be represented by three digital models representing:
  (1) HRM: Human Resource Managment: everything about people as Staff, Contractors, Time Sheets, Payroll, Expenses, CIS reports, Health and Safety, Training.
  (2) CRM: Customer Relationship Management: everything about customers as Sites, Projects, Contracts, Revenue.
  (3) SRM: Supplier Relationship Management: everything about suppliers as Assets, Plant, contract, Hire, Procurement.

0.2. Cash Flow:
1. "123BIM" has an objective to manage cash flow because the majority of construction failures are due to ineffective cash flow managment.
2. First class cash flow management adds value to the company and determines the long term employment of its people.

1. HRM:
1. Human Resource Management is the mandatory part of every company used to manage employees and contractors.
2. HRM begins with a first class authentication service that grants approved people the right to sign-in while blocking any criminal or imposter.
3. HRM means payroll with time sheets, expenses, holidays, leave, pensions and many other administrative obligation as the major cost on the company.
4. Approved people are granted the right to process their personal information that may include:
  (1) Diary of events, tasks, holidays, anniversaries, expenses, purchases, travel.
  (2) Personal identfying information as NI number, CIS number, UTR number, VAT number.
  (3) Address information as home and at work.
  (4) Banking information for payments.
  (5) People information as next of kin, friends and family.
  (6) Uploaded photographs, images and private documents.
  (7) Holiday information including leave, approvals and entitlements.
  (8) Training information including education, qualifications, courses and clearances.
  (9) Mail and message management with track and trace on each message that may expire.
  (10) Evidence management: as When and Where did Who do What.
  (11) Self registration and self service support with chat bot.
  (12) Induction training with questionair.
  (13) Mandatory reading material with evidence of who, when and what.
  (14) Site access logs by person.
  (15) Personal time sheets, invoices and payments with statement.
  (16) Personal To Do List.
  (17) Signature Management.
  (18) Business card with photographic evidence.
  (19) Location Management with track and trace.

2. CRM:
1. Customer Relationship Management is about customers and revenue from projects, sites and conracts.
2. Contract management and project management are paramount to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue being paid when scheduled.
3. Customers have the right to access their own building information in an open and transparent way with access to:
  (1) Customer identifying information.
  (2) Site information of where work is undertaken.
  (3) Contact information of who is functionally responsible.
  (4) Project information with project plan of activities.
  (5) Contract information with deliverable schedule.
  (6) Invoice information with statement.
  (7) Request for information (RFI) with replies and response times.
  (8) Daily Activity Information (DAI) with job allocation and risk assessment.
  (9) Risk Analysis Method Statement (RAMS) for each project activity.
  (10) Job Completion Information (JCI) as checklist approved by customer.
  (11) Contract insurance information with risk analysis.
  (12) Evidence management: as When and Where did Who do What with uploaded photos.
  (13) Quality management with non-conformance reporting.
  (14) Site access logs by person.
  (15) Customer time sheets, invoices and payments with statement.
  (16) Site To Do List and Snagging List.
  (17) Project cash flow analysis and projection.
  (18) Customer Health and Safety reports as legal obligations.

3. SRM:
1. Supplier Relationship Management is about suppliers, partners and payments to other parties.
2. Asset management for tools, plant and consumables are a major cost item to be managed.
3. Contract hire may be a significant cost item that must be managed.
4. Suppliers have the right to access their own building information in an open and transparent way with access to:
  (1) Asset (and plant) information.
  (2) Vehicle information.
  (3) Contract Hire information.
  (4) Regular inspection information.
  (5) Vehicle inspection checklist and history of every trip.
  (6) Uniform and protective clothing information.
  (7) Consumable information.
  (8) Utility information including energy, fuel, phone, Internet, water, rates.
  (9) Contract waste information.
  (10) Schedule of planned expendature and liabilities.
  (11) Insured asset losses information.
  (12) Deliveries and collections with off-hire dates in diary.
  (13) Fleet management information with valuations and projections.

0.3. Enterprise Teams:
1. "123BIM" is an enterprise built in incremental teams of ten people.
2. A ten person team may be identified as having revenue in the order of 500,000 pounds per year.
3. A bespoke application service may earn a revenue in the order of 10 pounds per person per month.
4. A team must manage at least 1,000 approved people to break even each year such as 100 customers with an average of 10 staff.
5. Does too much information make it look too complicated?

0.4. Training:
1. "123BIM" must address staff training and customer support issues as a major cost issue.
2. A set of YouTube videos may be the most effective way to provide staff training (and induction training).
3. Chat bot with AI access to a massive libary of functional web pages, backed up by human message replies may address customer support issues.
*. Must not try and fail with an obsolete telephone call centre solution. People will not have to wait on hold and a ring back service is too late.

0.5. Market Sector:
1. While each company may believe that their market sector is unique, in reality, 95% of business requirements are the same with some allowance for alternative language terminolgy.
2. HRM is about people and the business requirements of people such as payroll and holidays is virtually the same for every industry.
3. CRM is about customers and the business requirments of managing customer service contracts is similar for every market sector.
4. SRM is about suppliers and the business requirements of managing supplier service constracts such as utilities is similar for all sectors.
