1. Company Asset Valuation:
1. Assets mean plant, equipment and tools that are owned by the company and need an annual financial valuation.
2. Fixed Asset management includes valuation of office equipment, IT equipment, plant and tools.

2. Stock Control:
1. Each project has its own asset assistant to manage stock control at that site.
2. Assets are represented by information about the physical location, responsibility and disposition.
3. Regular inspections to certain equipment is mandated as a legal obligation with the creation of equipment inspection reports.
4. Valuation schedules and reports are presented in the asset diary.
