1. Company Labour Statement (CLS) is a management report that consolidates sub-contractors invoices for labour and expenses. |
2. Sub-Contractors invoices are generated at the end of each week for the benefit of each sub-contractor and for the benefit of the company. |
3. Labour invoices are based on time sheets and where a persons time sheets are not complete and correct, then their weekly invoice and payment will reflect the same. An objective is to ensure that people are highly motivated to clock-in each day and create a time sheet. |
