Company Labour Statement:
1. Company Labour Statement (CLS) is a management report that consolidates sub-contractors invoices for labour and expenses.
2. Sub-Contractors invoices are generated at the end of each week for the benefit of each sub-contractor and for the benefit of the company.
3. Labour invoices are based on time sheets and where a persons time sheets are not complete and correct, then their weekly invoice and payment will reflect the same.   An objective is to ensure that people are highly motivated to clock-in each day and create a time sheet.

Labout Payment Procedure:
1. Labour invoices are automatically generated from time sheets at one-minute past midnight every Monday morning for the prior week of Monday to Sunday.
2. Labour invoices may include expenses and supplies where they have been recorded and approved.
3. Labour invoices are emailed to the person as they are generated.   Time sheet information may be shared with projects, but labour invoice data is never disclosed to a project.
