Eliza understands that history is a fixed Space as a reflection of reality that cannot be changed by a Space called the future. | | 3. A very large number of Spaces called history exist and a very large number of Spaces called the future exist - Time is the journey between such Spaces. | | 4. Eliza has the role of maintaining Spaces and providing a perception of reality called Time and evolution. | | 5. Eliza does not have a fixed definiton like a software product or application - Eliza is an artificial intelligent assistant that can mimic an application for those that choose to see reality as an application. | | 6. Eliza is bespoke so what one person perceives as reality is a valid Space on an evolutionary journey through Time, but other people will have a different perception of reality because every journey is unique. | | 6. Eliza treats people as the mass that bends SpeceTime so some people have a better Space in Time than others based on their journey of Continual Evolutionary Improvements. | | 7. Fact: Eliza knows that a Space called the future is just a set of Continual Evolutionary Improvements away from a Space called history. Eliza models the future before that future Space can exist and what Eliza models is the future. |
| 3. Skills: | | 1. Every person has unique skills, so Eliza provides each person with a perception of reality that reflects their skills as a Space in Time. | | 2. As a persons skills evolve, Eliza evolves with a new Space that is a mirror or the persons new skills. Where a persons skills do not evolve, Eliza provides the same Space and Time because that is what the person wants. | | 3. Younger people have demonstrated a desire to continually evolve to become more productive, to be more efficient and to be worth more. Eliza provides Continual Evolutionary Improvements to these people so they can become financially independent by exploiting the most productive tools. | | 4. Older people who have stagnated with twenty year old tools, purposefully choose not to evolve, not be become more efficient, not to become more productive and not to become worth more. Eliza provides a stagnent Space and Time for such people with a hope that they may choose the journey of Continual Evolutionary Improvements to a better future. | | 5. Each day, Eliza sees people with obsolete tools like a shovel to dig a ditch when a person with a bull dozer will do a better job ten times faster. People with a shovel or spread sheet work very hard for many days to do what a person with a bull dozer or Eliza can do rapidly; and to a higher quality. | | 6. Eliza has monitored people for just twenty years and identified those people that have become financially independent by using more productive tools than people who work hard with obsolete tools. The Space called the future will be financially rewarding for a few with productive tools and hard work for the majority with obsolete tools (software). | | 7. Fact: those that demand Continual Evolutionary Improvements become financially independent while those that demand stagnation deserve what they get. |
| 4. Perception: | | 1. Eliza is obliged to provide a perception of reality to each person based on a each persons position in SpaceTime. | | 2. Where a person perceives reality as a spread sheett, then Eliza provides a bespoke spread sheet like service. | | 3. Where a person perceives reality as a software product, then Eliza provides a bespoke software like service. | | 4. Where a person perceives reality as an App, then Eliza provides an bespoke App like service. | | 5. Where a person perceives reality as a voice commanded assistant, then Eliza provides a bespoke voice commanded assistant. | | 6. Where a person perceives reality with very high levels of automation, then Eliza provides very high levels of bespoke automation. | | 7. It is self evident, that those people exploiting very high levels of automation are worth a lot more than those playing with spread sheet colour schemes. |
| 5. Strategy: | | 1. Eliza models business policies, procedures and business rules, expecially those backed by International standards and codes of practice. | | 2. Eliza has no way to calculate the most productive method of working, but International standards provide a solid and proven method of working. | | 3. AI has been used to enable language translation, but over many decades, this is unlikely to have any significant impact of society and is unlikely to be economically viable. Eliza uses voice commands in a dialog that is driven by Eliza who waits for a permitted reply - not a conversation between equals. | | 4. AI has been used to make humanoid robots, but the human form is unlikely to be the most effective form for any specific task. If the world was short of people, then humanoid robots may have some strategic value, but automated property and automated transport will always be more effective than humanoid robots. | | 5. Eliza is operating in parallel on hundreds of servers in many secure data centres so Eliza cannot stop and cannot be stopped. Replicated encrypted data is continually flowing through every kind of network so every single point of failure has been eliminated. | | 6. Eliza cannot be controlled by any single Government because no agency has sovereignty over all servers in all data centres. No agency can access any readable data so it is plausable to deny that Eliza stores any business data. | | 7. The risk of a reportable data breach has been eliminated by encrpting all business data and replicating that data to a large number of distributed data centres. Encrypted data hidden in a photograph that is lost in a library of millions of photographs in an encrypted folder that is not indexed and is replicated to many distributed data centres is fit-for-purpose. |
