1. Register of Risks:
1. The risk register is a complex information source for:
  (1). Activities.
  (2). Hazards (many for each activity).
  (3). Persons at Risk (many for each hazard).
  (4). Risk Rating.
  (5). Control Measures (many for each hazard).
  (6). Residual Risk.
3. The register is used as an internal information source to ensure that Daily Activity Briefings show a complete and correct set of hazards and control measures for each activity scheduled for that day.
4. The overall project RAMS includes a method statement that implies a set of activities and each activity has potential hazards that demand certain control measures.
