| 2. In the event of a non-conformance by a person, it may be appropriate to provide a toolbox talk to all on-site people to minimise the possibility of the same non-conformance happening again. |
| 3. In the event of a new activity that is not known to on-site people, then a tookbox talk may be a reasonable way to introduce all people to the new activity with the opportunity to ask questions. |
