| Task Management: | | Totally Integrated Energy Service (TIES) is the Owners bespoke application service that integrates Sales Task Management, Brokerage Task Management and Financial Task Management into a single Client Relationship Management (Bespoke Application Service) Service. By integrating all task management services into the same Bespoke Application Service, re-entering data is avoided, productivity is increased and management get a single holistic real time view of their business. | | Eliza is a TIES internal service that runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to automatically perform scheduled tasks according to rules. Eliza assists with sales, broker and finance tasks, especially with reports and documents. | | Eliza creates periodic Executive Situation Reports (ESR) to ensure that management have access to Key Performance Indicators (KPI) on a regular basis. Executive Situation Reports highlight exceptions and overdue tasks where executive action is needed. |
| Executive Assistant: | | Eliza is the Executive Assistant that continually monitors all aspects of the business according to rules provided by the Executive Team. Eliza is able to carry out any procedure that can be documented as a set of rules. Automated tasks may include the creation of scheduled tasks for users to carry out client relationship work and energy provider work. | | Eliza first priority is to ensure that Bespoke Application Service data is of an acceptable quality - bad data is worse than no data. | | Eliza second priority is to ensure that executives know what is happening and where Executive action is needed. | | Eliza third priority is to automatically carry out tasks on schedule - much of this work is normally undertaken after midnight when data changes will not impact on what other people are doing. |
| Automation | | Very high levels of productivity can be achieved where Executives are able to direct Eliza to undertake documented procedures automatically. In a competitive world where the difference between no profit and massive profits are dependent on productivity then Eliza is a trump card that may be used to drive higher levels of productivity. | | In some cases, employees may resent the high levels of productivity achieved by Eliza - Eliza does all the boring work leaving only the exceptions and interesting work, but some may see this as a disadvantage. Only Executives can direct the culture so high levels of automation produces higher productivity and creates more profit. More profit can lead to job security, but some people may wish to do things slowly using spread sheets that become a work of art as a means to keep data private to give them job security. |
| Eliza Tasks and Emails | | Eliza can do a lot but when data is wrong and Eliza is not able to determine the correct field value, then Eliza will create a task and send an email to the appointed sales person or broker. Because sales people are not using task management to run their sales system, the creation of a task to correct defective data is not likely to be effective. An email is more effective as its life cycle is tracked and action can be escalated to Executives if no corrective action is taken. |

| Client Data | | Eliza monitors client data as it is entered, as it is changed and periodically. Where fields are not entered or selected, Eliza will enter and select default values as a means to maintain high levels of data quality. | | For example, the appointed sales person is responsible to enter the number of service meters. As brokers may add and mark meters as inactive, the client number of meters field value can become incorrect. Eliza will periodically count the number of active meters and correct the client data on behalf of the appointed sales person. | | Eliza simply corrects data that may become wrong over time, such as EAQ that may need to be corrected each year. Eliza does not change the apponted sales, broker and finance people from managing the data that they are responsible for. |
