| Broker Procedures: | | Broker state "B12" is assigned to the delicate monitoring of accepted contracts going live on the start date. Any delays must be managed and the contract updated to show any later start dates. |
| B12 Live Contract: | | A contract that began life as a proposal will be automatically switched to accepted or declined. Those contracts that are accepted will automatically be switch to current on the contract start date unless the contract is marked as delayed. | | Current contracts are automatically switched to history on the contract end date - no manual date entry action is needed. | | When a contract is switched to current, then its account receivable schedule of payments is created. This provides a forecast of payments and commissions for the business and for users. Finance Task Management is triggered from this event. Contract commission rates are copied from the client record on the day the contract goes live and then they remain fixed for the life of that contract. |
| Initial Read: | | It is critical to get an initial reading for each meter on the contract start date. Revenue and commission is dependent on this information and this will be automatically monitored. |
| Executive KPI: | | Go live is when revenue starts to be earned and so due dilligence of each contract start date with an initial reading is critical. B12 task is provided with 28 and 14 day reminder reports, broker tasks and Executive Exception Reports. Contracts are automatically changed from accepted to current on the due start date, unless the delay is managed by the broker. Daily, monthly and annual trend reports are provided. |
| Forecast: | | Behind broker task B12 is a set of finance tasks that trigger the commission forcast shown on each persions dashboard. Commission can only begin to be earned when a contract switches from accepted to current. |
