History:
We are a diverse set of companies that have been trading for more than ten-years and needed to come together to leverage skills and new business opportunities.
The ASP can be seen as a group of independent private companies that are owned by highly motivated industry experts.

Structure:
The ASP is part of the modern trend away from massive multi-nationals and towards highly agile and flaxible Internet entropenarial federation of likel minded companies.   The ASP will never have a tradtional head office with branch offices, staff work at any location in the world, are always on-line and do not subscribe to what would be called normal business hours of working.   Some people may have more than one job and all people work unusual hours - the business is international and with people working in different time zones, comunications is critical.   The ASP have followed the manufacturing trend to contract certain work to low cost countries that have very educated people - India and Brazil have people and companies that are part of the our group.

Long Term:
While most Internet companies must optimize their business strategies for short term results, the ASP operates with the backing of a venture capital organization that enables all decisions to be optimized for long term revenue streams, continuation and growth.   One factor is that as a federation of private independent companies, takeover, merger and aquisition pressures are eliminated - the ASP will survive beyond the life of its current owners and no hedge fund can buy it out and milk its assets.

Company Name List:
The ASP has a military foundation where privacy and security is paramount and the ASP shall never disclose the names of the companies it works with and the scope of the competitive benefits delivered to those companies.   The ASP understand that it was fashinable to provide a long list of company names, but we never ask one company to act as a reference for another company.   It would be totally unprofessional to disclose the bespoke benefits achieved by one company to another company or to disclose how collaboration between companies can create a value chain of business opportnities for all parties.
The ASP provide continual application service improvements to companies so their services can evolve at the rate that the company evolves and can take-on new opportunities - this is highly confidential information that will never be discussed with another company.
