| Application Service Provider: | | The ASP provides your continually improving application services over the Internet. One size does not fit all, so we match your evolving business requirements with your own unique application service. Your application services are always up-to-date and all users enjoy exactly the same service at the same time. |
| Authorized Users: | | No limitations exist for the number of authorized users who can concurrently access and update your data. People can work in parallel and even people in different companies can cooperate in a value chain to share data in a secure way. |
| Any Approved Location: | | Perople using any European language will experience an identical application service no matter where they are located and no matter what kind of computer, smart phone or tablet they may be using. User profiles can identify when and where sign in is permitted; by country, ISP name, network name, IP address, operating system or version of your browser. |
| Bring Your Own: | | The ASP actively encourage authorized users to be as productive as they can be and that may include using their own computing devices with any kind of desktop, laptop, smart phone and tablet. Application services will work with any operating system so the most effective computer for each person is perfectly suitable. Application services are very secure and immune to infection from malware running on any user computer. User computers may or may not have adequate anti-virus software, but whatever is used, they cannot be infected from other user computers using a ASP application service. |
| Working From Home: | | The ASP actively encourage appropriate working from home by authorized users so they can maximise their productivity and effectiveness within the company by widening the number of business hours and days covered. It may only take a few moments on a weekend to resolve an operational problem, rather than letting the problem escalate to Monday morning. Working from home can be disabled and the location (including country) where an authorized user is permitted to sign in is fully controlled. |

| Business Continuity Plan (BCP): | | Data is stored in multiple encrypted databases and continually replicated between secure remote UK Internet data centers using encrypted message switching. In the event of a failure of one data center, your business can continue from an alternative data center. |
| Data Access Policy: | | No "delete" function is provided and every user action is recorded in a "what did I do" and "history of change" audit trails. Data cannot get lost, corrupted or accidently overtyped. Data does not need to be "saved" - it is automatically replicated to many locations as your data is entered or changed. Your data life cycle of say 7-years is dictated by the Data Protection Act. | | No data is stored on your local computer, smart phone or tablet. | Secure Data Access: | | Your application service is periodically tested to Payment Card Industry - Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your application services employ the Three Tier Architecture (3TA) and Single Program Application Stack (SPAS) architecture that includes Cryptographic Hash Functions (CHF) to protect the URL from external criminals and internal hackers. | | Data Protection Act requires an extremely strong sign in facility with controls for: the time of day, days of the week, country, Internet Service Provider (ISP) name, IP address, operating system and version of browser. Security facilities that were adequate last year will not be good enough for next year. |
| Computer Cost Reduction: | | You can buy any utilitarian computer, smart phone or tablet; switch it on; sign in and all your normal dashboard services are provided without the need for any IT support.
