| 2. Personal Information: |
| Identifier: the law states that each person must be assigned a unique identifier that does not change. |
| Email Address: is used for authentication purposes and to communicate critical information such as forgotten pass phrase messages. In the context of this form being only used by the person who has signed-in, the email address cannot be changed while the person is signed-in. |
| Full Name: people have the right to change their name as it suites them, however a persons name must not contain invalid symbols or numbers. |
| Handle: people have the right to assign their own nickname or handle that they use to sign-in with. |
| Job Title: people have the right to change their job title that appears on documents and correspondence. |
| Skill: people may have skills that evolve and change from time to time, and may determine what application services are enabled. |
| Telephone: people may change the telephone number that appears on documents and correspondence. |
| Mobile: people may change their mobile number that may appear on documents and correspondence. |
| DOB: people may share their date of birth, or year of birth or birthday with their approved people. |
| Function: people may select their job function as it pertains to what application services are provided. |
| Department: people may select their department as it pertains to what application services are provided. |
| Branch: people may select their branch as it pertains to what application services are provided. This right may not be granted to all approved people. |
| Day-of-Week: people may select what days of the week they would like to sign-in. If an extra day of the week is selected, but not used for a month, then that day may be reset to normal days. |
| Hour-of-Day: people may select what hours of the day they would like to sign-in. Once signed-in, a person may stay signed-in until midnight or until they have not made a request for one hour. If extra hours of the day are selected but not used for a month, then the hours will be reset to normal hours. |
| Computer Capacity: people may select their computer capacity so the quality of service can match what their computer can process. |
| Network Capacity: people may select their network capacity so the quality of service can match what their network can communicate. |
| Geo-Location: is used for authentication so approved people can be identified by their physical location. |
| Network Name: is used for authentication so approved people can be identified by their Internet Service Provider. |
| Expiry Days: is the number of days that the profile is not used before it expires. Other self-service support facilities are available to reinstate an expired profile. |
| Processor Width: people may select their computer processor bit width so the quality of service can match what their computer can process. |
| Operating System: people may select their computer operating system so the quality of service can match what their computer can do. |
| Browser: people may select their computer browser so the quality of service can match what their computer browser can do. |
| Screen Width: people may select their computer screen width in pixels so page layout can be optimised to what people can see. |
| Colour Resolution: people may select their computer screen colour resolution in bits per pixels so layout colour theme can be optimised to what people can see. |
| Security: people may select their security level to match how their computer is used or shared. |
| Language: people may select their human language to match the approved persons local requirement. |
| Time Zone: people may select their time zone so events can be displayed according to the approved persons clock. |
| 3. Procedure: |
| 1. From the top menu of any dashboard, click "Support..." to popup page 2901. |
| 2. From the top menu bar, click "change my profile..." to popup page 2274. |
| 3. From the top menu bar, click "tutorial guide..." to popup this page 164325. |
| 4. All current profile data is shown and may be printed for reference. |
| 5. Any field value can be changed as a data entry field or a drop down list. |
| 6. When all changes have been made, the green tick button below the information must be clicked to approve the change. |
| 7. Any change made will be shown with the previous value - the data is protected to prevent any additional change. |
| 9. The page may be closed or refreshed for another change to be made. |
