3.6.02 Evidence Management:
1. It is a business requirement that a trip or call report is created following every trip or call - without exception.   If a trip or call report does not exist, the trip or call did not take place.   Every trip or call report is shared with the other involved parties as evidence of what was said, what was done and what follow up was agreed.
2. People have a duty to themselves and the business to document everything as soon as possible.   Documents will be used as evidence against people, so documents must be created in such as way as to become complete and correct evidence that is beyond dispute.   The party with evidence will always win in any dispute against a party without evidence.
3. The majority of International Standards are based on the basic principal of creating a policy document of what to do and then creating evidence that the policy is being achieved.   It is a business (and personal) policy that policy documents shall be created and that evidence shall be genered to prove that compliance with the policy is always being achieved.

2. False News:
1. The world is dominated by false news spread by people with a political ambition that can be achieved by bending facts with tiny lies that become public opinion.   Some politicians have discovered that the more they lie about what they are going to do, the more people who vote for them.   The more outragious lies tend to win more votes than the honest person who knows that the money does not exist to do very much.
2. Democracy has a fatal flaw - false news or real news filtered by the media so public opionion only sees one side of reality.   One person-one vote means that those that invent the biggest manifesto lies will win more votes than those with truthful modest manifestos.   By people being continually exposed to a biased edition of the facts, they are unable to see the whole picture and vote based on a considered opinion of reality.
3. In a world dominated by false news that is created by democratically elected people, then evidence management becomes a critical defence against being imacted by false news.   False news can only exist in a world where real facts are censored by the media who have a poltical reason to only propogate one side of reality.   Real news is evidence based without opinions.

3. Cyber War:
1. The cold war morphed into a cyber war that some countries have not figured out what to do.   The UK decided to invest billions in two aircraft carriers while more savy nations invested in millions of cyber warriers who can hack anything.   While the UK is defending itself from terrorists with two aircraft carriers, other nations have silently hacked into every corporation and stolen everything.   Intellectual propoerty that cost millions to research and develop was copied and distributed to local companies to increase the nations wealth.   The aircraft carriers have not yet found a terrorist to kill and have found they can be sunk with a cheap balistic missile fired from 1000 miles away.   Every government is collating evidence about every person in the world - evidence that can only be used against that person in the future.
2. Every Government has given themselves the legal right to install monitoring malware on any computer, tablet or phone anywhere in the world.   Every government is spending more on espionage that any other market sector - every household device will have a computer with a back door for governments and criminals to watch and listen.   A persons passport has morphed into a persons linkedin or facebook account that proves who they are, what political, sexual and beliefs the person has.   Job applicants will not be interviewed until a detailed online profile has passed certain tests as evidence of a persons character.
3. Where a person chooses not to have a facebook or linkedin profile, then that may be reason to ban them from international travel and not reply to a job advert.   Evidence may begin to be an optional extra will morph over time into being mandated.   Countries have chosen to ban certain cash notes in countries with a cash economy that cannot be taxed - people must have a bank account as evidence that they are not a criminal.   A bank account is evidence that the person is real and can be taxed, while criminals with a lot of cash are left with nothing.

4. Story:
1. An 18 year old boy was called up for compulsory military service.   He was trained for a few weeks and then told to stand in a watch tower every night for six months.   He never fired his weapon, he never saw anything and he never did anything.
2. Seventy-Two years later at the age of ninty he is taken to court and found guilty with a five year term in jail.   The charge is that he must have known that people in the same place as the watch tower were being killed.   Elaborate 3D simulation models were invented to demonstrate that he must have been able to see that people were being killed.   His defence of "I do not remember" was evidence that it is plausible that he did know that people were being killed.   The fact that the 3D similation models was not complete and correct was overlooked, because a defence of I do not remember cannot offer the truth as evidence.
3. In the future, Argentina becomes a world power while England has isolated itself as a tiny backward island with no industry and a lot of old people.   Argentina media spend decades publishing false news about drunken English invaders killing innocent Argentina settlers in the Malvinas islands.   Elderly English veterans are blasted by the media as hungry wolves who like the English has done for centuries, want to invade any foreign country.   Once world opinion has been turned by decades of false news, then the laywers can demand the deport of people to Argentina to stand trial for killing people.   The law states that if a person is part of a gang that kills a person, then every person in that gang are guilty of murder.   Laywers with massive amounts of evidence for the courts to listen to while the drunken English invaders may have no evidence.
4. Advice: to not remember is not a defence. The only defence is to have more complete and correct evidence than the other party - the winners write history.   If a person chooses to be on the winning side, they will write history and have the definative evidence that dispels false media stories.   If a person chooses to have no evidence, then others will write history and have the definative evidence that eventually becomes the truth.   The innocent German soldier posted to the concentration camp was sentenced to five years because he choose to have no evidence and choose to have no defence against made up stories.
5. Churchill wrote the history of World War Two and that made up edition of the facts has become what is taught as fact to future generations.   As a result, the carpet bombing of civilians in Dresden was not recorded as a war crime and bomber Harris was never convicted of war crimes.   Blair ordered the bombing and killing of innocent civilians in Bagdad because it was plausible that Saddam may have weapons of mass destruction.   History will be written one day with evidence that Saddam did not have waepons of mass destructions and evidence that he had chemical weapon factories was false news stories.   History may prove that if Saddam had complete and correct evidence that Iraq did not have weapons of mass destruction then many thousands of innocent people would not have been killed.
6. The air crew who dropped an atomic bomb that killed 75,000 innocent old men, women and children, may be heros in one culture and war criminals in another culture.   The winning side wrote history and so they are heros at the moment, but future cultures may evolve to believe that it cannot be justified to kill 75,000 and radiate 100,000 innocent people because the Emperor decided to expand their empire.

5. Nothing to Hide:
1. It is true that the innocent may imagine they have nothing to hide, but that depends on what other thing of as being innocent.   How do you prove you are innocent when you have no evidence or cannot remember any evidence that can stand up in a court.   You may imagine that you are innocent until proven guilty, but what happens when false news and made up evidence is discovered and used against you.
2. Where a decades worth of innocent emails are stolen, slightly altered to imply political, sexual and racist tendancies and then published as facts.   What defence do you have against many thousands of published emails that are a slight variation on what you thought you had said.   As cultures evolve over two generations, what was said many years ago can become illigal and not nice to a future generation who will judge such emails in the light of prevaling culture.   Everything you say, write and do will be collated by mass survailance and may be used against you.
3. In some countries, the way a whole town votes may be used against them when a democratically elected person chooses to eliminate such opposition may making it against the national interest for continue to permit the town to exist.   It is clearly against the national interest and a terrorist act to vote for any opposition party, according to those who are in the majority.   Democracy can and does oppress the people who vote for any minority because the minority have identified themselves as against the nation and against what the majority have voted for - that may be classified as terrorism or extreamism or a mental disorder.
4. As voting becomes electronic, who each person votes for will become easy to deduce.   Voting as part of a community can also impact on a whole community as being against the majority.   Why is voting supposted to be secret when you have nothing to hide? Because when it is known, then that fact can be used against the person.
5. Why does everybody have a dashboard camera? Because those with 20 pounds understand the benefit of having evidence so they cannot be judged by others are being guilty of some driving incident.   Fake prosecutions have dropped as more and more motorists invest in a dash-cam - people need evidence to prove they are innocent, because others may provide false evidence that they are guilty.   If you have nothing to hide, prove it and provide the evidence. People are only innocent while they have evidence that they have nothing to hide.   Innocent people who have fake news and fake evidence used against them have no defence and will be guilty of having no defence and no evidence to prove them innocent.
6. Lawyers make up plausible stories - that is what they get paid to do. Detective make up plausible stories - that is what they get paid to do.   Innocent people have the whole legal and law enfocement system against them unless they can provide evidence that they are innocent.   In 20 and 30 years time, how will you prove that you were not involved in a criminal, sexual or racist act today.   Will the act of going to a religious event be used against a person by later generations when the majority the followers of that religion to be terrorists.   Will the act of going to a political event be used against a person by later generations when the majority imagine that political view to be racist, extream and not nice.
7. A government chooses to check that people are not voting for people who have died by recording everything electronically.   The government chooses to ban all those people who voted for any opposition party from any government sponsored employment.   It is against the national interest not to vote for the majority government and people who are against the national interest cannot have a job in government.   The government chooses to monitor all media and anything that is said that does not show the government in the best light is against the national interest and the person is convicted as a terrorist.   Journalist have discovered they by telling the truth is not a defence against being convicted as a terrorist - innocent journalists do have something to hide.
8. To be democratically elected as leader of a party may be cause for another counry to send a drone to bomb you home and kill your family.   The act of becoming a known leader of a party may be sufficient reason for another country to send a drone to have your family eliminated - many thousands of innocent people are killed every year by drones.   Some countries are sponsoring the elimination of people fifty years after they were appointed to a legal democratically elected post that was on the loosing side of a conflict.
