Key Performance Indicators (KPI) can be shown as real-time updated statistics on any dashboard. KPI statistics tend to be COUNT and SUM functions of database information.

Degree by which projects are over-budget.

Degree by which projects are under-budget.

Percent of perople using our standard financing system.

Number of proposals to cut costs or make savings.

Key Performance Indicators - Supplier

Percent of contracts with agreed deliverables (SLA).

Number of contract reviews.

Degree by which contracts are under-budget.

Degree by which contracts are over-budget.
