Leave is a self-service part of HRM where people initiate the procedure with a request for leave or physically not being available to work. | 2. Leave is a private matter that should not be disclosed to people who do not need to know. A wallboard marked up with when people are on leave may not be the kind of information that should be disclosed to everybody who is passing. |
