2.1.16 Memorial Web Site:

7. Non-Profit Trust Fund:
1. The accounts of the non-profit trust fund are open and transparent and can be viewed by any visitor.
2. Revenue is only earned from donations to the registered CIC PayPal account.   The trust pays 1.4% plus 20 pence for every PayPal donation.   The trust acts like a charity, but full charity status is much more demanding and not cost effective.
3. Costs are only paid to maintain the memorial web site.   The domain name and encryption certificates are paid for with an annual direct debit agreement.   The memorial web site is hosted in the public Internet cloud with an annual direct debit agreement.
