15.16 People Policy:
The nature of the work undertaken is company condidential and must not be disclosed in any open and transparent way.
Customers have a right to privacy and a list of customer names shall never be provided, references are not requested and referrals are never asked for.
Secrecy is paramount, the entire business model is operated by ex-military people to military standards.

Applicant:
People who have done it and made it may be invited to join a very select group of fellows of a similar kind and attitude.
People who have earned the right to run their own business is a good starting point - nobody works for somebody else, everybody works for themselves.
The Foundation provides the framework and proven business models that enable people to colaborate with the benefits of a large corporation while retaining total control of their own destiny, their own income and their own areas of specialisation.
Every applicant is invied to become the Managing Director of their own corporation that works with many other similar corporations for mutual benefit.
Every applicant must have the responsibility and authority to set their own benefit package, determine their own car allowance, formulate their own health benefits and take full responsibility for their own accounts.

Location:
The Foundation operates in all parts of the world - location is not of any concern other than a good Internet connection is needed.
People may work at home, in their own office, in their car or anywhere else that they choose - people must buy their own desk, chair and computers.
Any kind of computer can be used in any location. Distributed development teams will involve people in India, Brazil and Germany working on the same project at the same time.
People will determine their own working hours, their own salary and how much they want to earn each year - demand is greater than the skilled people available.

Multi-Media:
Facebook, LinkedIn and other muti-media communication vehicles must not be used - such data could be used to identify customers and topics of special interest.
Adverts, marketing and publicity is not part of the business culture and must be resisted at all costs.
While others can publish their life history on LinkedIn, people who have become financially free with excellent technical skills no longer need to network.
