4.3.12. Person Left Request:
1. When an approved person leaves the business, the persons authentication rights must be purposefully disabled.   The appropriate manager will use the person left request to prevent the person from ever being able to sign-in again.

2. Procedure:
1. From the branch dashboard, click "Self-Service Support..." to popup page 2201.   From the Self-Service dashboard, click "Person Left Request..." to popup page 2211.
2. In the top-left menu bar, click "guide..." to popup this how to do it guide.   The key points of the procedure are also replicated on the page.
3. Enter persons unique email address.
4. Click the validation button below to check that the email address is correct and the person has access rights.
5. When the data is complete and correct, click the approved button to cause the persons access rights to be revoked.   The data is shared as a support request with everybody who has access to support requests.   The person left procedure instantly prevents the named person from signing in again, but does not sign them out.
