3.5.01 Service Benchmark:
1. Every month a detailed application benechmark is taken to verify that prices are right.
2. We are a bespoke application service provider that does not sell software, does not write software and does not install software.   We work with and leases IBM system software, a whole load of open system software and a tiny amount of Microsoft system software such as Windows-10.

Measurement:
1. Monthly application service provision fees by application and market sector.
2. CPU power fees per hour and calendar month.
3. Memory GB fees per hour and calendar month.
4. Network connection per GB fees per hour and calendar month.
5. Storage GB fees per hour and calendar month.
6. Electric power, cooling, fire suppression, battery packs.
7. Fees per rack inch (U) per calendar month.
8. Physical access cage fees, maintenance fees.
9. Co-location fees and transfer communication fees.
10. Development, Installation, Maintenance, Patching, Upgrade, Termination fees.

Competitors:
Competitors exist in every country in the world - the nature of the business is world-wide with an international pool of potential competitors.   Measured by software revenue sales, the following are of significance and used for benchmarking:-
1. IBM - (partner and sales agent rather than a true competitor).

3. Citrix.
