4.7.41. Video-Audio Checklist:
The video and/or audio recording application and the data produced by it are controlled by ATW who was responsible on 1 July 2014.   The information commissioner has been notified that these applications are used stating the purposes.
The company have considered the need for using video and/or audio recordings and have chosen that it has valuable business benefits.   These benefits include the protection of people, property and customer data.   The data shall only be used by the company, will not be used for any other purpose and will not be provided to any other party.
