A toolbox talk may be used as a corrective action plan (CAP) for a non-conformance incident that involves one or more people. | | 2. The Daily Activity Briefing meeting prior to commencement of a work shift is the recommended time and place for a toolbox talk to be conducted. People attending the toolbox talk will register their attendance by entering the unique toolbox talk registration number into their daily time sheet form in the same way as they register their attendance at a Daily Activity Briefing. | | 3. HSE have prepared a number of toolbox talks that may be shared with personnel using online PDF documents.
