33. Toolbox Talk:
1. A toolbox talk is a safety briefing related to a hazard and control measure that needs additional dilligence.   A toolbox talk may be used as a corrective action plan (CAP) for a non-conformance incident that involves one or more people.
2. The Daily Activity Briefing meeting prior to commencement of a work shift is the recommended time and place for a toolbox talk to be conducted.   People attending the toolbox talk will register their attendance by entering the unique toolbox talk registration number into their daily time sheet form in the same way as they register their attendance at a Daily Activity Briefing.
3. HSE have prepared a number of toolbox talks that may be shared with personnel using online PDF documents.   The Site Manager may present a tookbox talk using powerpoint, using a video (You Tube) or using a PDF document.

2. Glossary of Terms:
OHS means "Occupational Health and Safety".
HSE means "Health and Safety Executive" as the UK regulation authority.
Induction means training at the begining of a job.
