1. Daily Activity Briefing:
1. The Site Manager of Supervisor will create a DAB in the project diary for each workign day.
2. All personnel working on-site will be briefed and the DAB content shared with them so each person knows what is expected of them.
3. All activities that are scheduled to be done that day will be listed.
4. For each activity, the hazards and control measures deployed shall be documented for the benefit of all personnel.
5. On-site deliveries and collections scheduled for the day will be listed for the benefit of security and the client.   Deliveries include contract hire equipment and procured supplies such as concrete.   Collections include returned contract hire equipment and waste such as excavated debri.
6. Key visitors are listed such as dignitaries invited to a topping out ceremony.   Personal working on-site are listed in the Daily On-Site Register (DOR) and are not classified as key visitors.

9. Intellectual Property (IP):
1. A sample Daily Activity Briefing (DAB) document may be viewed by clicking on the button in the top menu.
2. Daily Activity Briefing documents become valuable Intellectual property that is eventually transferred to the client.
