1. Daily Pre-Start Checklist:
1. Each person will create a pre-start checklist each day when they clock in and create a time sheet and confirm their attendance at the Daily Activity Briefing by the Site Manager or Supervisor.
2. Each topic is ticked off as it is validated for the primary benefit of the person completing their checklist.
3. The Daily Pre-Start Checklist (DPC) is electronically signed and shared with all interested parties.
4. It is a condition of working at a client site each day that each person must complete and sign a DPC and share that information with their Site Manager, Client, Safety Officer and others.
5. An objective of the Daily Pre-Start Checklist (DPC) is to proactively demonstrate the commitment to safety by personnel, contractor and client.
6. Risk assessments are based on the knowledge that a DPC shall be carried out by each person working on-site each day.

9. Intellectual Property (IP):
1. A sample Daily Pre-Start Checklist (DPC) document may be viewed by clicking on the button in the top menu.
