2. Accident:
1. Every project has its own unique accident (prevention) plan and its own accident record to report any incident.
2. The site accident plan is a mandated document that is created as part of the site initiation procedure.   It is expected that no accident record will have to be created, however an accident can include any kind of incident, trip, spill and even a possible accident.
3. Accident management is about prevention and putting in place adequate control measures to minimise risk.

3. Account:
1. While a project site is not a legal body like a person or a company, it still has an site profit and loss account.
2. Cash flow is a major threat to the success or failure of any project site, so cash flow must be managed by the Site Manager to ensure people can be paid at the end of the week.
3. It would be foolish for clients to imagine that suppliers have the funds to invest in the clients project and not be paid for 30 or 60 days.   The client puts their project at risk of stalling where the cash flow is not managed by the client with payments that keep the project viable.
