11.58 Building Site Service:
1. Many alternative building and construction application services are provided because no two companies are the same.
2. A four level hierarchy of organisation structures are supported as:-
  (1) Subcontractor as the independent trader who does the work.
  (2) Employee as a skilled trader who works for an employer.
  (3) Company as the contractor and employer of employees and/or subcontractors.
  (4) Customer of the contracting company.
3. Each level has very different business requirements, but with a bit of cooperation, mutual benefits can be shared.

2. Glossary:
CIS means "Construction Industry Scheme" as 10 digits and a colour that identifies each trader.
UTR means "Unique Taxpayers Reference" as 10 digits that identifies each person.
NI means "National Insurance" such as "AB 23 45 67 X" as 9 characters that identifies each person.
DAB means "Daily Activity Briefing" by the site manager and signed by all trades people each day.
RAMS means "Risk Assessment Method Statement" signed by trades people when applicable.

3. Self Registration:
1. Each approved person must self register.
2. When the person registers, they are shown their assigned personal identifier number (PIN).
3. Registration also captures the persons hardware identity, software identity and network identity that are encrypted into a cookie.

4. Access Pad:
1. A person signs in by tapping in their PIN into the access pad that looks like a number pad.
2. Sign in includes verification of hardware identity, software identity, network identity and cookie details.
3. If the computer device fingerprint does not match its registration, then the person must further identify themselves by entering their unique email address.

5. Clock In:
1. The person will sign in with their PIN.
2. Click "clock in" and enter the actual start time.
3. Management can see at a glance who has clocked in for the day.

6. Clock Out:
1. The person will sign in with their PIN.
2. Click "clock out" and enter the actual end time and number of hours worked.
3. Weekly timesheet is automatically available for automatic invoicing and payment.

7. Daily Briefing:
1. The person will sign in with their PIN.
2. Click "daily activity briefing" and tap in the unique DAB number that was issued at the meeting.
3. The persons signature is added to the daily briefing briefing list and verified that the applicable RAMS signature has been signed.

8. Timesheet:
1. The person will sign in with their PIN.
2. Click "timesheet" and select a week date.
3. The persons timesheet is shown together with an applicable invoice and payment schedule.

9. Pay Detail:
1. The person will sign in with their PIN.
2. Click "pay" to view all registration fields that may be changed as needed.
3. Pay means: name, known-as-name, trade, language, UTR, NIN, CIS colour and number, signature, photo, etc...

10. Risk Assessment Method Statement: (RAMS)
1. The person will sign in with their PIN.
2. Click "risk" and select a RAMS by name and tap your PIN to confirm compliance.
3. Management can view the list of trades people with details of who has signed which RAMS.

11. Tool Box Talk:
1. The person will sign in with their PIN.
2. Click "Tool Box Talk" and select a Tool Box Talk by name and tap your PIN to confirm compliance.
3. Management can view the list of trades people with details of who has been given a Tool Bax Talk.

12. Trades and Skills:
1. The person will sign in with their PIN.
2. Click "skill" and select a skill by name and tap your PIN to confirm compliance.
3. Management can view the list of trades people with details of their skills and trades.
4. Each person has a primary trade as identified by the colour of their CIS card, but many have many other skills.
5. A person has the right to add new qualification, trades and skills to their record as applicable.

13. Authentication:
1. Get Cookie. Get Fingerprint.
2.1 If cookie matches fingerprint = status is known. Action (tap in pin and) show welcome page.
2.2 If cookie does not match fingerprint = status is new fingerprint. Action tap in pin, OK show welcome page else show registration page.
2.3 If no cookie and match to a fingerprint = status is possible. Action tap in pin, OK show welcome page else show registration page.
2.4 If no cookie and no fingerprint = status is new. Action is show registration page.
3. Show Number Pad with extra button to self-register. Action when pin is OK show welcome page else show registration page
3.1 Star will reset to start again. Hash will check the numbers clicked.

14. Self Registration:
1. Language: select from list (used by following fields).
2. Name: as first and family name.
3. Known As: as any name you may be known as.
4. Email: address.
5. Phone: number.
6. NI: as national insurance number like AB123456X.
7. UTR: as unique tax reference of 10 digits.
8. CIS: as construction industry scheme of 10 digits.
9. Trade: select from list. (more trades and skills may be added)
10. Signature: is entered and shall be reused.
11. Photo: may be uploaded.
12. Role: is that the person may view their own data.

15. Language:
1. Each person may select their preferred language with English as the default.
2. Over time, each form and report will evolve to be shown to a person in their own preferred language.
3. Internally, all data fields are encrypted using a "Glyph" language that can be decrypted to many different human languages.
4. Business data cannot be stolen because it encrypted to make it meaningless and worthless to a criminal.
5. Pseudonymised tables are used to decrypt each stored glyph into a language paragraph based on the persons perferred or selected language.
6. Example: The glyph "7364852" is stored in the database in an encrypted format that is meaningless to a criminal.
  When the language is English, "7364852" is shown as "I have checked my tools and equipment that I am using are in good condition."
  When the language is Romainian, "7364852" is shown as "Am fost instruit si sunt competent sa utilizez unelte / echipamente specifice pe care le folosesc."
  Equivalent paragraphs are used to decrypt the glyph into other languages.
7. Not all computing devices have the ability to support all languages, however your Bespoke Application Service has the ability to support all modern languages.

16. Role:
1. When a person self-registered they have a default role as "SELF" that grants them the right to view their own data an only their own data.
2. A person may have their role changed to "TEAM" that grants them the right to view their own team data.
3. A person with a role as "SITE" grants them the right to author a DAB.

17. Daily Activity Briefing: (DAB)

18. DAB Notes:
1. Every operative will ensure their work area is free from any potential hazards that could cause harm to them or others working/walking around them.
2. All the equipment and tools will be checked if they are safe to use i.e. there are no visual defects and safety guards are in place.
3. Check there are no trailing leads to avoid slips and trips.
4. Use dust extraction or water suppression when cutting/sawing.
5. Obtain permit, if required, relevant to your task before starting work.
6. Scaffold towers must be inspected by competent person and should display tag while using the tower.
7. Equipment and extension leads must be checked for any damage before starting work.
8. Do not put yourself or others in danger, if something does not seem safe please raise the concern with the manager or your supervisor.
I acknowledge receipt of the daily task briefing and safety precautions detailed above and confirm that I have been briefed on the risk assessments and method statement for the task.

19. DAB Part Two:
1. The site manager will enter the daily activities where each activity is a key name.
2. A cross reference table associates each activity name with a set of hazards, risks, controls and RAMS.
3. People assigned to work on a specific DAB must have signed the applicable RAMS.
4. It will take time to associate activities with hazards, risks, controls and RAMS, but each DAB will contribute to a database of reference informaton.
5. A key factor is that the site manager is helped to ensure that no hazard is missed and no person is assigned an activity without having the applicable RAMS.

20. Daily Job Allocation:
1. More than one DAB may be created for a specific day.
2. A unique DAB is created for each team that will be assigned to different activities.
3. A unique DAB number is issued by the Site Manager at the briefing and the team of people assigned to that DAB must enter that unique DAB number to confirm their attendance at the briefing as a signature to the DAB.

21. Business Data:
1. The business requirement is for a bespoke application service that evolves to match the unique requirements of each project.
2. Registration is a table of approved people who may access business data.
3. Device is a table of computing device fingerprints that may be used by approved people.
4. RAMS is a table of RAMS that have been signed by approved people.
5. TBT is a table of toolbox talks that have been signed by approved people.
6. Trades is a table of trades and skills that have been selected by approved people.
7. Notes is a table of notes that have been associated with approved people.
8. Signatures is a table of signatures that have been associated with approved people.
9. Photos is a folder of photos that have been associated with approved people.

22. Project Identifiication:
1. The project has an image as the logo attached to all documents.
2. The project has a colour theme that is used by all documents. #1e314c is the dark background and #7b9cb7 is the light background.
