Customers have demanded an end to versioning problems - any desktop, laptop, tablet or smart phone must be fully supported. Technology is changing at an increasing rate and customers demand that application services are constant, stable and reliable no matter what technology is being used. |
Business Requirement: | The number one business requirement is for Any Computer to be able to access business data. When a computer is not able to access business data for any reason, then the number one business requirement becomes Any Computer must be supported. | When a company is transitioning from one operating system to the next, all computers must be fully supported no matter what version of an operating system is installed. | When a company is evolving from one smart phone to the next, all smart phones must be fully supported no matter what version of a a smart phone is used. | As companies evolve with different tablets, all tablets must be fully supported so business decisions are not impacted by application service compatibility issues. |
