| Renewal Management | | Renewal management can be very similar to the normal B2 to B12 procedures, where the B2 procedure is triggered 150 days before an in-house current contract is to end. Renewals are processed at the client level for any number of contracts that may be due to end at a similar time. Some service contracts may be shortened so all (or most of) the clients contracts can be renewed at the same time. |
| Broker Procedures: | | Broker state "B1" is set for each company in the Bespoke Application Service that is being processed by the Sales team as a prospect. Only when the Sales team are able to create a Handover Document (S5) will the broker team get involved. |
| B1 Prepared: | | While the company record in TIES Bespoke Application Service is a prospect, the broker state is "prepare". When the company sales state changed from Prospect to Client, then the broker state becomes relevant. | | Broker search by company will normally ignore all company records that have a state as "prepare". |
| Bespoke Application Service Search: | | Brokers are granted the right to view company data where that data has evolved from prospect to client state. Client state is triggered by a Sales person creating a Handover document (S5). | | Broker long page 3122 and hierarchical page 3102 search facilities only view clients as companies that have been handed over to brokerage. Broker search client facility page 3112 is able to view all companies, including those that have not yet achieved client state. |
